Brian Tanenbaum

Clinical Director,  M.S. Ed, BCBA

Brian is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive clinical experience in serving children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities. Brian has conducted ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and communities since 2009.

He uses evidence-based ABA methodology, emphasizing behavior management, verbal behavior teaching, and language skills.  

Brian has 11 years of clinical experience and is passionate about making a lasting positive impact in the life of each child who works with Behavior Pioneers

Katrina Gittins

Clinical Director,  M.S. Ed, BCBA

Katrina received a Master’s in Special Education from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, as well as a Master's Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of Texas Victoria-Houston. 

Katrina has over 9 years working both personally and professionally with children with special needs. As a parent of a child with autism as well as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Katrina has a unique insight and understanding of the challenges that families face.
